Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Intuition Integrative Therapies, we value your time and commitment to wellness. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

Appointments

  • Cancellation Notice: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge of the full service amount.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

    • Timeframe: Refunds for credit/debit transactions can only be processed within 120 days (four months) of the original purchase date.

    • Original Payment Method: Refunds must be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

    • Partial Refunds: If a partial refund has already been issued for a service, a subsequent full refund cannot be processed for the same item.

    • Non-Refundable Transactions: Certain transactions, such as those made via Interac, may not be eligible for refunds through Vagaro.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed promptly. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Packages, Memberships, and Gift Certificates

  • Packages & Memberships: Refunds for packages or memberships are subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase. Please refer to your specific package or membership agreement for details.

  • Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Third-Party Services

Services or products purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Groupon, ClassPass) are subject to the refund policies of those platforms. Please contact the respective third-party provider for refund inquiries.
